You’ll oversee a dedicated team, drive operational efficiency, and lead by example. **Some of your key responsibilities will be**: Supervise warehouse staff and drivers, including managing inventory and overseeing stock takes. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all warehouse documentation and maintain materials handling equipment and company trucks. Prepare weekly rosters and conduct regular team and toolbox meetings. Interface with transport companies to manage daily load and delivery requirements, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
