**Description**:
We’re seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to take charge at our Carole Park Warehouse This is a hands-on position where effective communication and strong leadership are key. You’ll oversee a dedicated team, drive operational efficiency, and lead by example.
**Some of your key responsibilities will be**:
Supervise warehouse staff and drivers, including managing inventory and overseeing stock takes.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all warehouse documentation and maintain materials handling equipment and company trucks.
Prepare weekly rosters and conduct regular team and toolbox meetings.
Interface with transport companies to manage daily load and delivery requirements, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Supervise export orders and container loading to meet internal and external customer requirements.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be considered for this role you will have**:
3- 5 years of supervisory experience in an FMCG warehouse, including administrative duties
Valid forklift license
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar database systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Knowledge of ISO 9002 and HACCP standards
