We currently have an opportunity for a **Maintenance Planner **to join our team. This role is a specialist role that is responsible for strategic Asset whole of life planning support for the Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services (SI&CS) business with a special focus on Strategic Maintenance Planning.

Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will own the development, implementation, and improvement of fit for purpose Asset Maintenance planning. This role also supports the integration of delivered maintenance plans with the Asset Management Plans for contracts.

**What you’ll bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Previous experience in Asset Management Planning, within Facilities Management.
- Experience in Strategic maintenance forecasting.
- Industry experience within government/commercial property and infrastructure preferred.
- Ability to understand complex contracts including Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in asset lifecycle cost forecasting context.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and assisting personnel to grow their asset management knowledge and capability.Good knowledge of Asset Whole of life principles.
