**Your Impact**

We have an exciting opportunity for a **Maintenance Planner** to join us at our **Laverton, VIC** site on a **12-month** secondment. Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will facilitate a continuous improvement in plant reliability through Asset Management strategy development, weekly maintenance scheduling, and maintenance project planning.

You'll be working within a skilled Maintenance team, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to a wide-variety of operations. If you are an experienced maintenance tradesperson, this is a great opportunity gain new experience with the support of an experienced team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan maintenance activities via SAP, including preparing parts availability, SOP’s, contractor and specific work permits (e.g. hot work, confined space etc.)
- Plan shutdowns and projects and feedback on progress
- Manage incoming work requests and maintenance tags
- Supervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialist and collaborate on scope of future works and strategies
- Inspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutions
- Work with the Reliability Manager to manage budget, reviewing reports and providing up to date estimates
- Capture data, input data for analyse and generate asset care reports

**About You**
- Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong computer literacy and experience with a Maintenance Management System
- Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude
