A reputable Rail Organisation is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to assist on the maintenance planning

**Your new company**
This well-known State Government Organisation and one of Australia’s largest Regional Public Transport is currently seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to ensure that all maintenance planning and scheduling elements as defined within the Works Management Standard and Procedure are adhered to, to ensure quality, deliverable, resourced plans can be executed on time and within budget.

**Your new role**
As Maintenance Planner/Scheduler you will be responsible for:

- Develop work plans within the organisations system, ensuring that scope, materials, labour, plant, costs and specialist requirements are accurately captured within the work orders through stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate regular plan, review meetings with Network Maintenance teams and key stakeholders.
- Schedule work orders for new assets based on Technical Maintenance Plan and Engineering standards. Translate TMP service schedule requirements into optimised maintenance regime.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and Asset Management maturity uplift within the Planning and Network closures team through identification and completion of improvement initiatives.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will have a bachelor’s degree Civil Engineering or experience from a Trade or Technical Background as well as Maintenance Planning. You will also have strong understanding of works management and maintenance planning and scheduling principles as well as applied knowledge of operational railway environment.
