**About the role at Flare**

As our new Vibe Coordinator role you will play a key part in managing employee experience at Flare. You will be fully embedded within the culture at Flare and be the go to person for all new and existing employees. From ensuring they are set up with the correct technology before they start, to ensuring their onboarding journey goes smoothly and supporting them throughout their time with Flare.

You will work on setting the tone, energy and culture within the Sydney office as well as being the central touchpoint for all employees at Flare; whether it’s the first person they meet when they join the team, the person they see running the busy social calendar of events at Flare, or the person they can grab a quick coffee to check in on the day.

You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals and excel in a dynamic and inclusive environment. You’ll connect with your team in person two days per week in the Sydney CBD office, with flexibility to work from home on the other days.

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Organizational Culture Development - Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture
- Internal Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
