Seafolly's has an exciting opportunity to launch your _HR career _by joining us in the _People Experience (HR) Team_ as our full-time **People Experience Coordinator**

**The role**:
As Seafolly's **People Experience Coordinator** you will be on a mission to streamline, support and execute administration requests across all functions of the People Experience Team to create efficiency to improve the overall experience of Seafolly's most important asset - our people

**You will**:

- Completing the required forms to ensure all head office staff movements are recorded
- Generating employment contracts and HRIS set up
- Coordinating the induction process, ensuring hiring managers and teams have followed process and all new starters have a warm welcome
- Managing and distributing important dates (including anniversaries, probation dates, birthdays)
- Assisting with filing of Employee documentation
- Drafting job advertisements for approval & posting approved job ads on various job boards
- Undertaking reference checks required throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting the PX/Payroll team and assisting with project work
- Curate and administer learning modules through the Growing with Seafolly Program on Linkedin Learning
- Recruit passionate retailers to all roles within our store network.
- Contribute your ideas to the People Experience Team on over all PX at Seafolly

**You have**:

- High energy, enthusiasm and passion for the Seafolly brand
- Undertaken (or are currently undertaking) a level of Human Resources Management or business studies advantageous but not essential
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Some experience in any level of Retail and Hospitality
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- A curiosity of computer software, systems and figuring out the most seamless way to operate.
- A passion for service and happiness of others
