**About the Role**

As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the warm and organised presence that keeps our clinic running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting, loves interacting with people, and takes pride in being highly organised and reliable.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Greet patients with a warm and professional welcome — in person and over the phone
- Manage appointments using our practice management software (e.g. Cliniko, Nookal, or similar)
- Process payments, private health claims, Medicare/NDIS billing and receipts
- Monitor practitioner schedules and ensure smooth daily operations
- Liaise with referring doctors, hospitals, and allied health teams
- Maintain a clean, calm, and inviting reception and waiting area
- Support the team with admin tasks, stock ordering, scanning, and data entry

**Who You Are**
- Experienced in customer service or healthcare reception (preferred but not essential)
- Warm, composed, and confident with people from all walks of life
- Highly organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office and practice software
- Honest, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Someone who values teamwork and wants to be part of something bigger

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
