**Join our Team at Garden Life Landscapes (GLL)**

We are looking for a motivated **Client & Sales Administration (Administration & Office Support)** who enjoys connecting with people as much as they enjoy staying organised. This role is the perfect mix of client engagement and administration. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, qualifying enquiries, securing bookings, supporting our sales team and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Qualify inbound leads and secure on the spot bookings
- Support the sales team by scheduling consults and managing calendars
- Follow up with warm leads and assist with outbound booking opportunities
- Provide general admin support including CRM updates, report and filing
- Work closely with managers and team members to keep workflows smooth and clients happy

**About You**

You’ll bring:

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner
- Ability to secure bookings and build rapport quickly
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Experience in administration, customer service or sales support
- Familiarity with CRM or booking systems (HubSpot, ServiceM8 an advantage)
- A proactive can do attitude and the ability to take direction from management
- Industry knowledge (landscaping, gardening, trades services) is desirable but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $42,120.00 - $49,000.00 per year
