Position Overview:_**

We are seeking a Mechanical Services Administrator to join our Pinkenba mechanical workshop team. This full time role is essential for the efficient operation of our workshop, allowing our Pinkenba Manager to focus on building and growing the site. As the Mechanical Services Administrator, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration associated with running a busy mechanical workshop, including stakeholder liaison, invoicing, parts management, customer engagement, and supplier relations while upholding the core values of Action Smart Group.

Key Responsibilities:_**
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Invoicing**: Prepare and manage invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payments and financial record-keeping.
- **Parts Management**: Coordinate parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing parts efficiently for ongoing projects and maintenance work.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with customers, addressing enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring their needs are met to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- **Supplier Relations**: Establish and maintain relationships with parts suppliers, negotiating terms, and ensuring the availability of necessary parts and equipment.
- **Adherence to Values**: Uphold the values of Action Smart Group in all interactions and tasks, promoting a values-driven workplace culture.

**_ Qualifications and Skills:_**

Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a mechanical workshop or similar industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

- 40 hours per week
- Pinkenba based
- Immediate start available
