**About Us**

The Pool Tile Company is a leading provider of premium pool tiles and associated products, dedicated to transforming poolscapes across Australia. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Sydney.

**Job Purpose**

As an Account Manager, your primary mission is to expand The Pool Tile Company's presence in the Sydney market. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sales through exceptional customer service and consultations. Our key stakeholders include builders, pool builders, architects and landscapers. This role mostly on the road and at time working from a home office.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Development**
- Grow The Pool Tile Company's business in Sydney by building strong client relationships.
- Research and target potential clients to develop effective sales strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with new clients and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.

**Sales**
- Use our mobile showroom van to showcase products and identify new sales opportunities.
- Increase brand and product awareness among key stakeholders.
- Develop call plans for customers, document interactions in SAP, and manage the sales pipeline.

**Consultations**
- Provide in-home consultations, offering expert advice and accurate quotations.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
- Handle order processing and client follow-ups efficiently.

**General**
- Attend meetings and provide timely reporting.
- Participate in local trade shows as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in account management and business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the construction or pool industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
