Primary responsibilities include: - Works with the Assistant Registrar and Student Administration Manager in all aspects of student administration including processing enrolment for domestic and international students; - Provides assistance to relevant students and staff in the understanding of course progression, moderation of grades and finalising and distributing student results, reporting and analysis of data accuracy and integrity; - Serves as first point of contact for students to provide administrative advice and support to them during their studies with relation to student and academic administration; - Generates and distributes information to students and staff relevant to their studies or administrative needs; - Assist with planning and executing events, such as orientation and graduation. **Selection Criteria** Essential: - Committed Christian involved in a local congregation. - Ability to provide advice and decisions relating to organisational policies and procedures. - Organisational skills with the ability to multi-task prioritise and meet deadlines. - Acute attention to detail and high level of accuracy and analytical skills. - Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work appropriately with students, faculty, and administrators, independently as well as in a busy team environment. - Must uphold ethical integrity while performing duties of a sensitive nature including calculating student grades, handling petty cash, and maintaining confidentiality of personal details. - Technological literacy and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, and confidence in presentations. Desirable: - Possession of a degree or equivalent qualifications in educational business administration/customer service. - Subsequent experience (1 - 3 years) working in academic administration and/or student services. - Working experience in a higher education setting (or equivalent) - Experience with Higher Education Standards and data reporting - Knowledge of an IT learning platform (such as Moodle) and database (such as Paradigm) This full-time position is based in Macquarie Park. **How to Apply** Excelsia College is a smoke free campus. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount - Salary packaging - Work from home Ability to commute/relocate: - Macquarie Park, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Authorisation: - Australia (required) Work Location: In person
