**The Role**

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Ensure customer service standards are being achieved and exceeded at all times;
- Work closely with the Training Manager and broader training team to forecast and track student enrolments;
- Managing a caseload of participants from orientation to completion;
- Proactively drive a culture of sales and service to ensure targets and service levels are maintained and KPI’s are met;
- Accurate record keeping in VETtrak and maintenance of student records, including reporting on non-attendance and outstanding assessments;
- Set up and pack down of training rooms as required;
- Maintain a current understanding of industry issues, builders registration and licensing requirements;
- Maintain a current understanding of HIA training products, funding and entry requirements.

**The ideal applicant will have the qualities of**:

- Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Have high-level administrative skills
- Have well-developed organisational and time management skills
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service related position
- Have experience in the use of student management systems, ideally VETtrak and Canvas
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance are highly desirable
- Due to the nature of this role, a current Working With Vulnerable People (Children) check is required.
