Working in the Direct Servicing team you will be responsible for handling a multitude of simple & complex banking queries, supporting customers, and educating on self-servicing.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Types of calls you will service include setting up payments, disputing transactions, issues with cards.
- A strong focus on first call resolution and availability to talk to customers when scheduled.
- To provide existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding National products and services.
- Identify cross sell opportunities when assessing customers financial needs and refer to the appropriate specialists.
- Adherence to Industry Code of Practice.

NAB are recruiting multiple positions in the Eastern Suburbs at NAB’s Data Centre
- Your journey in this role will initially see you working in a structured classroom environment Monday - Friday 9-5pm, onsite at 122 Lewis Road, Wantirna South 3152.
- Once you’ve successfully completed your classroom training you will move to a dedicated training school for you to embed your new skills, also onsite.
- Once you have finished training, you will be able to enjoy work from both office (3 days) and home (2 days) on a rotating roster Mon to Fri with shifts ranging from 8:00 AM start to 7:00 PM finish. Occasional Saturday shifts between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM compulsory.
