As a Customer Service Advisor you will be taking calls from our clients Business & Corporate customers who require assistance with the online platform.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Taking inbound calls from Business customers.
- Providing solutions to Business customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Navigating through multiple different systems.
- Taking between 35-40 calls per day.
- Assisting with other departments with ad hoc admin duties.

They’re recruiting a number of these positions and we want to hear from you Initial assignment length will be for 12 months with a start date of 3rd November, you will be working on a rotating roster Mon to Fri, 7:30 - 8pm.

- Previous contact centre experience (preferred).
- Previous retail/admin/hospitality experience.
- Ability to use multiple systems.
- Ability to build rapport quickly.
- Fast learner.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to think outside the box.
