**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Assistant Facilities Manager, you’ll manage the tactical delivery of facilities management across an assigned property portfolio for our multinational health insurance and healthcare client.
You’ll be an exceptional team player, working closely with various JLL and client stakeholders to meet service delivery expectations.

**An Overview of the role**:
Manage the relationship between JLL and client stakeholders
Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environment
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards
Site operations management
Assist in implementing property risk management, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Manage multiple vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget
Ensure procurement processes are in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as JLL best practice
Assist with finances and budgeting

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Prior experience in facilities, property management or related field, trades or industry qualifications would be advantageous
Strong team player
Excellent communicator who can interface with client stakeholders at all levels
Experienced in client reporting
Understands technical aspects of property and can monitor compliance
