The Opportunity

The Global IDEXX Marketing team is a customer-focused, high-impact organisation designed to drive accelerated business growth and activate the IDEXX brand promise of IDEXX through the creation and implementation of global and local marketing strategies. It is an exciting time to join IDEXX. As a member of the team, you will work cross-functionally across commercial and medical teams to ensure that IDEXX is creating exceptional value for its customers through its innovative range of products and services on offer.

As our Marketing Manager (Franchise) you will be promoting our IDEXX solutions within our Companion Animal Group (CAG) and driving diagnostic utilisation across Australia and New Zealand. Your day will be filled with planning marketing campaigns and putting these into activation, coordinating events, delivering sales tools and training, consulting with stakeholders across the business, as well as customers to guide your understanding of the veterinary market and much more. Reporting into our ANZ Marketing Leader this role will be based out of our Rydalmere office in Sydney but will have the flexibility of a hybrid working environment with a combination of working from home and time in the office.

You will be a self-driven, creative, marketing professional with a background in a life science discipline.

You will preferably have a tertiary degree in business, marketing or similar.

You will have the ability to not only be able to grasp an understanding of the companion animal market but be able to effectively convert this into a carefully executed marketing strategy and plan.

You will not be afraid to use your initiative and energetic personality to reach out and connect with the right stakeholders, have the right conversations, and ask the right questions

You will be open to regular travel across Australia and New Zealand, and international travel where needed.
