BESIX Watpac are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our Brisbane head office in Fortitude Valley. This is a part-time job share position, working from 12.30pm to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
- Meet and greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Manage the telephone switchboard, answer and direct incoming calls and answer general inquiries from the business and public.
- Open and distribute daily incoming mail and dispatch all outgoing mail.
- Arrange courier services as required.
- Provide quality administrative support including filing, copying, binding, typing, printing, collating documents, assisting with formatting, data entry and running general errands.
- Set up and tidy meeting rooms, including arranging and collecting catering.
**Qualifications**:
The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience in reception, administration or customer service oriented roles.
- Working knowledge of MSWord, MSExcel, MSOutlook and ability and willingness to learn new software packages as required.
- Ability to cope with shifting work priorities and to prioritise work.
- Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all levels of the business with a particularly strong internal customer focus.
