**The role**
Our Brisbane office is currently seeking a Receptionist to join our national Reception Team on a full-time basis. This will be a dynamic, active and varied position dealing with both our clients and people at all levels within the firm.
The role is a full service reception position and focuses on:
- Answering and allocating Brisbane and national calls on an ARC Cisco system;
- Professional meet and greet of clients on a daily basis;
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms for client meetings;
- Meeting room and event set-up;
- Maintaining and updating various spreadsheets;
- Maintaining and ordering catering supplies for internal and external clients;
- Assisting with food, coffee and other beverage preparation;
- Distribution of incoming deliveries;
- Distribution of electronic faxes; and
- Other administrative tasks as required, including photocopying, scanning, binding and document collation.
- Client service experience dealing with professional clients

- The ability to juggle competing demands with mínimal fuss
