Based a stones throw from the CBD, this luxury property development business are in the process of transitioning their new CFO into the company and seeking a highly skilled EA to support with the process.

As they are moving toward a new period of growth and expansion, they will require your ability to thrive when running into a headwind and your willingness to create calm out of chaos

You will jump in to take away the white noise, carve out structure, and ensure balance is restored to ensure the new CFO can hit goals in a sustainable way.

You'll be a career EA who enjoys working at the forefront of innovation, helping to navigate the ship for leaders who truly want the best for their team. Everyone pulls their weight and celebrates the wins together. You will also need to be able to commit to a 3-month contract with the view to start ASAP.

**What will the role entail?**

This is a busy position comprising all administration duties necessary to allow the CFO to have a smooth entry into the business and set them up for success.

Day-to-day duties will include:

- Taking full control of their schedule, diary management, full inbox management, expense management, and coordinating any travel
- As an extension of the CFO you'll become the 'go-to' point of contact between them and their team
- Supporting the CFO to keep track of multiple development projects whilst also ensuring the CFO's day is streamlined to allow for the effective work practices
- Preparing documentation for meetings and creating agendas
- Ensuring they are in the right place, at the right time with all of the information they require
- Working across spreadsheets, preparing presentations and organising virtual meetings
- Essentially be their right hand and take on a wide variety of administration tasks to ensure their day runs smoothly

You're a commercially savvy, business-orientated EA who is the consummate professional, whilst remaining extremely relatable. You love injecting fun into your day (a sense of humour will go a long way) and never sweat the small stuff.

This will be a fantastic contract role if you are highly motivated, quick-moving, sharp thinking and believe you have a natural gift to act as a true support person.
