**About the Team**
**About the Role**
As the Sales Support Administrator, reporting to the Sales Director, you will:
- Demonstrate excellent customer services and professionalism while maintaining in-house accounts and follow up with customers
- Responsible for inside sales, customer service, and communication
- Self train and partake in scheduled IT product training to better your knowledge
- Liaise with management team members, Account Executives, Sales Executives, Sales Operations, Product team members and other constituents across our business to ensure accurate reporting in our CRM
- Be responsible for general customer follow up as well as following up/closing opportunities
- Liaise with Vendors/Suppliers to obtain pricing for opportunities
- Assist Sales team with all reporting, quoting and organizational needs to ensure they can perform their job duties to the best of their abilities

**The successful applicant will demonstrate the following skills**:
- 1-2 years experience in sales or sales support/administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including oral and written
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize with the ability to prioritise a diverse workload in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability and responsiveness
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment
- An ability to establish rapport, maintain, and build relationships with team members, vendors/suppliers and some.
- Basic IT knowledge, ability to learn and grow knowledge both in Sales and product knowledge
- Experience or familiarity with Connectwise, Connectwise Sell and HubSpot would be an advantage.
