**About the Role**

The Customer Relations Officer role is vital in connecting our customers’ and patients with the medical professionals in our clinics. We are looking for passionate and purpose-driven individuals whose outstanding organisational and sales skills will help more people get access to better health support products and services.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform sales activities to help more people
- Use effective questions to undertake needs-based approach to uncover needs
- Book appropriate appointment types
- Ensure accuracy of information is recorded in systems with clear notes
- Work with clients to determine their entitlement to funding & rebates
- Follow up with existing clients
- Inspire and champion an ‘every call counts’ philosophy
- Be open to feedback, coaching and mentoring to achieve goals
- Provide administrative support (as needed)

**About You**
- Results focus to ensure goals are clearly understood and delivered upon
- Positive attitude and professional etiquette
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Ability & willingness to be flexible & adapt to changing circumstances
- Clear and fluent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates empathy for customers & clients
- Sales and customer service experience in retail, health care services, pharmacy, or allied health
- Experience working with an older demographic
- Computer literacy skills
