
Customer Relations Specialist

**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Queensland on a 6 month fixed term basis. In this exciting role you have the autonomy to manage your own projects, customers and stakeholders on the ground. Delivering outstanding service, you will be the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland whilst at the same time enhancing Stockland’s competitive position and brand.
**About the Role**
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders in a way that delivers exceptional service
- Constantly improve Stockland’s ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs and proactively address barriers to successful partnerships with stakeholders
- Manage customer and stakeholder feedback cycle (from deposit, after sales, after settlement, after completion) to determine the level of satisfaction and enhance our service delivery
- Manage construction and community milestone updates
- Schedule, coordinate and attend customer inspections
- Coordinate and manage events such as walk your lot events and customer information sessions
- Maintain and update CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
**About You**
- Significant experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ideally experienced within the real estate, construction, or development industry
- A customer focus is what drives you - you truly understand delivering outstanding service
- Experience working with a number of key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
- Experience working with complex and sensitive information with an eye for detail
- Driver’s licence essential
