What You'll Do
**Reporting to the HR Services Team Leader, you will**:

- Be the first point of contact for HR queries, providing accurate advice on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and more. Facilitate induction, onboarding, and probation processes, ensuring every employee's journey starts strong. Monitor HR data, maintain accurate registers, and deliver insightful workforce reporting. Support the implementation of HR strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and change initiatives. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster strong partnerships. Coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions that inspire growth and engagement. Contribute to process improvements that enhance customer service delivery.
