**Utilise your Accounting expertise to provide support and advice to the Safety Wellbeing and Compliance branch**: - **A Fixed-Term, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service for 12 months**: - **VPS Grade 3: $79,122 - $96,073 plus superannuation.** **About the Business Unit**: People, Safety, Culture and Communications' core functions span the breadth of workplace cultural and people matters, including human resource policy and strategy; organisational culture and change; recruitment, redeployment and retention; performance and development; pay, benefits and workforce reporting; occupational health and safety management; and employment regulations. **About the Role**: The WorkCover Payroll Administration Officer sits within Safety, Wellbeing and Compliance, a branch within the Department of Justice and Community Safety's People, Safety, Culture and Communications unit. Some of your duties will include: - Undertake WorkCover claim administration and calculation of weekly WorkCover payments - Process all relevant WorkCover payments, including weekly and "Top Up" payments in CHRIS21 - Enter and maintain relevant leave records in CHRIS21 / Time Target.
