Are you a data entry specialist with Customer Service experience?

How would you like to join one of the leaders in the fitness equipment industry in Australia & New Zealand, as a Data Entry Intern working within the Customer Service team? Johnson Health Tech Australia, a dynamic, rapidly growing organisation with cutting edge and innovative products is seekina a data entry intern who will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager based at our head quarters in Dandenong South

This role is a part-time role and would cover the following:

- Scheduling preventative maintenance across all major key accounts.
- Scheduling and allocating services to the correct contractors or internal technicians in area.
- Verifying and ensuring the dates are aligned and correct.
- Processing all follow ups after a preventative maintenance has taken place.
- Liaising with technicians as well as the Customer Service team.
- Preparing and sorting information against the invoice
- Entering data into CRM system and checking the accuracy of the data inputted
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete data
- Responding and liaising closely with relevant departments

We offer an enthusiastic and supportive culture, and the opportunity to work with Industry professionals. A part-time internship for 3 months is being offered with the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the internship.
