We're known for quality, innovation and service that actually delivers. And now we're looking for an Account Manager with hustle to join our crew and help us level up.

The Role
Think of this as sales meets service. As our new Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a mix of accounts. You'll chat with customers, jump on leads, send quotes that land, and keep everything ticking along in the background. It's all about building real relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen from behind the desk. If you're a natural communicator who gets a kick out of turning conversations into results, you'll love it here.

What You'll Do

  • Take care of your own portfolio of accounts and grow them over time
  • Turn inbound enquiries into long-term customers who keep coming back
  • Deliver quick quotes, send out product info and keep clients happy
  • Stay on top of the details with CRM and SAP data (don't worry, we'll show you the ropes)
  • Bring fresh ideas for sales campaigns and customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service
  • A people person who loves a good chat, whether it's over the phone or email
  • Organised and ready to juggle a few things at once
  • Tech confident and happy to pick up new systems quickly (SAP experience is a bonus)
  • Detail focused but also driven to go after opportunities and achieve goals
  • Positive vibes only – we love a can-do attitude
