About the organisation:

A nationally registered NDIS plan management services provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme [NDIS] participants, Optimum plan management is renowned for its’ genuity and commitment to providing the best possible plan management services for its clients.

About the position:
This is a permanent position based in our Southeast Melbourne office. The person we are looking for will have a warm and supportive approach, assisting NDIS plan management duties.

This is an ideal position to develop your career in NDIS plan management.

As an NDIS plan manager, you will utilise your strong verbal, written and administrative skills to deliver positive experience to existing and potential Optimum Plan Management clients, their providers and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage end to end NDIS Plan Management process
- Inbound and outbound phone calls involving new clients’ enquiries, invoicing and service agreements follow ups. Etc
- Provide expert NDIS advice regarding claimable supports
- Developing strong and enduring relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Growing Optimum Plan Management client base by actively promoting Optimum Plan Management services to NDIS participants, plan nominees, providers, support coordinators and the disability network.
- Comprehensively maintain and retrieve accurate clients’ records within the Optimum Plan Management careview platform.

Experience and Qualifications:

- Knowledge and experience in NDIS plan management.
- Understanding of NDIS pricing arrangements and limits
- Experience in using plan management CRM, knowledge of Careview App is an advantage.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Strong attention to details

Desirable:

- At least a certificate 4 in Accounting or bookkeeping
- A degree qualification in a relevant field.

**Salary**: From $53,000.00 per year
