We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven **Support Coordinator** who is passionate about client outcomes **and** has a strong ability to **grow business opportunities**.

**About the Role**

As our Support Coordinator, you will:

- Work directly with NDIS participants to build their capacity, understand their plans, and coordinate services effectively.
- Support clients in achieving their goals by connecting them with the right services and supports.
- Help manage challenges and navigate complex systems.
- **Drive business growth** by building strong referral networks, engaging with the community, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Be part of shaping and growing a new provider with the opportunity to lead and innovate.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in Support Coordination under the NDIS framework.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, its systems, and its values.
- **A proactive, business-minded approach** - you’re motivated to grow the brand and bring in new clients.
- Relevant qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Disability, or Community Services (desirable).
- Driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Must have (or be willing to obtain): NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, Police Check, and First Aid.
