**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
As the Sales Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our sales engine, leaning on your ability to coach and develop sales techniques, you will guide and mentor the team to maintain a high performance culture. You'll lead a group of dedicated sales representatives, fostering excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Your drive & passion for success, will empower the team to continuously improve and exceed their monthly sales targets.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Lead, develop & mentor your team of Sales Representatives (team of 4 currently).
- Ensuring the MadeComfy values are lived within the team (Trust, Agility, Empowerment & a WOW service).
- Promote an enthusiastic, passionate team culture. Using the teams ‘Spirit of Sales' team ethos as a guide.
- Relentless focus on customer success and satisfaction, resulting in referenceable accounts and positive brand awareness.
- Work closely with the CMO to achieve growth goals.
- Work closely with other departments such as Onboarding, CX, Marketing, Housekeeping and Licensee teams to ensure smooth transition of customer journey.
- Build relationships and day to day working processes with external partners such as licensees and furnishing vendors.
- Implement new strategies and processes to meet and succeed budget figures.
- Continuously drive new processes to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
- Work closely with the Customer Experience team to streamline property onboarding and to successfully set customer expectations.
- Report and analyse conversion data and team performance to drive optimisation strategies.
- Lead or participate in cross functional projects.
- Promote & drive our newly created Outbound sales processes.
**KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Strong experience in Sales and Business Development (+5 years).
- At least two years experience in leading/coaching teams.
- Good understanding of conversion data or optimisation tactics.
- Highly motivated and passionate about the industry.
- Outstanding empathy, communication and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Experience in cross functional team projects.
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
- Real estate or STR experience is a plus.
