Our client is seeking to engage a
**Business Unit Coordinator** on a temporary basis, Full Time Position.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and perform administration support including, but not limited to, organisation of correspondence, ministerial related activities, scheduling and diary management.
- Organise meetings and provide secretarial services such as agenda preparation, minutes and action lists.
- Event organisation and coordination.
- Monitor Ministerials, Priority Ones, Briefing Notes and Parliamentary questions and undertake liaison as appropriate to ensure accurate and timely response.
- Make conference, travel and accommodation arrangements and bookings.
- Engage and contribute as an effective administration team member.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to perform, coordinate and oversee all administrative duties while providing high level support in an efficient and timely manner, without the need for constant or direct supervision.
- Knowledge of procedures and protocols relating to Ministerial and other Priority One enquiries.
- Knowledge of the procedures and protocols for Board, Executive and other Committee Meeting Papers
- Extensive support and administrative experience in a similar role within a large state-wide multifunctional organisation
