Provide a wide range of highly responsible and confidential administrative and general support services to support the Business Unit Management team.

We are seeking a Business Unit Coordinator to join our client's office, only 5 minutes from the Perth CBD. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to get back into the workforce or has 6 months plus administration experience. If you are someone who has the confidence to use your initiative and work with a wide variety of people, then this role is for you.
- Provides administrative and general support across the Business Unit as required
- Support the Management team with the coordination of scheduling and diary management as requested by the Lead Team
- Prepare, manage and administer day-to-day activities for the Head of Business Unit, this may include travel arrangements, invoicing, raising purchase orders and ordering stationary
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key Business Unit stakeholders and committees as required

You will:

- Have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner.
- Have 6 months plus experience in an Administration role.

We need someone who:

- Is a team player and able to use their initiative
- Takes pride in their punctuality and presentation
