**Fees & Enrolments Administrator-Kindergartens**

**Full time - $ 80,857.92 pa plus superannuation**

**Sunshine West - Hybrid work arrangements. Tuesday & Wednesdays in the office. Monday, Thursday & Friday from home.**

**What you’ll do**:
You will maintain up to date knowledge and skills on all matters relating to enrolments to support organisational compliance with all legislative and regulatory and law requirements regarding the management and implementation of the kindergarten funding guide.
- Ensure databases and information management systems are current and up to date.
- Respond to parent enquires professionally, promptly, and accurately.
- To assist in the reporting requirements and attend stakeholder meeting when required.

You will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of services.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong customer service focus with a friendly and 'can do' attitude
- Demonstrated administrative experience
- Ability to touch type (or type whilst talking on the phone)
- Proficient use of the MS Office Professional suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience using Qikkids and EnrolNow
- Qualification and/or experience in Childcare
- Victorian WWCC. a National Police Clearance and WWC QLD (or willing to obtain)
- Sessional Kindergarten experience in administration is preferable.
