Melbourne, Australia Equity Trustees Full time

You will support CTS in providing oversight over the end-to-end process of Fee arrangements for the Funds we are responsible for. You will partner with the Relationship manager in setting up of fees with the administrator to ensure that these are in accordance with the Investment Management Agreement (IMA) and Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).

**About the role**:

- Documenting agreed operational business rules for any bespoke fee agreements in place
- Building out processes and controls where gaps are identified
- Carrying out periodic reviews and spot checks of fee arrangements against underlying agreements, on a rolling basis, to ensure compliance with fee caps
- Supporting any corrective activities based on findings of internal and external reviews
- Reviewing RG97 Fees and Costs within the Fund's Product Disclosure Documents
- Supporting Relationship Managers and Fund Invoicing team to ensure invoicing is in accordance with the Fund's agreements and Product Disclosure Statement /Disclosure Documents.
- Providing support to internal Finance activities
- Taking part in project activity when needed.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to build relationships
- Contributing to a high performing, engaged and committed team

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Relevant Funds Management Experience
- Experience with Fees including an understanding of legislation and Regulatory Guidance;
- Strong technical skills, with advanced skills in using Software Applications (Excel);
- Willingness to participate in projects or related activities;
- Highly developed organisational skills;
- Continuous performance improvement mindset; and
- At a minimum, Tertiary Qualifications in Finance or Accounting. CPA/CA/CFA Qualifications well regarded.
