About the Role
This position reports to the Graduation, Fees and Scholarships Manager Fees and Scholarships Team Leader and supports fees and scholarships activities to internal and external customers of the University.
This role is required to prioritise tasks and functions aligned to the Fees and Scholarships team and all scheduled priorities to ensure the timeframes for resolution are always met.
The Fees and Scholarships Administrator provide a high level of customer service to staff and students at the University and is responsible for providing current and accurate fee information and advice, fee issue resolution, VE payment plan processing, VET Student Loan processing and general scholarship application processing. The role also contributes to the efficient, effective and timely delivery of the range of functions across Student Administration and Library Services as required.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
• Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high-quality support services within a demanding, client focussed environment.
• Good time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver coordinated and high-quality services to a range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated high-level interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively to people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds.
• General knowledge of the post-secondary education context in Australia.
• High-level ability and skills in the use of Microsoft Office software packages including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and effectively use a variety of other computer software packages including Finance One and the University's Student Management System.
