**Talent International** is currently recruiting for a **Governance Manager **to work for an** NSW Government **based in **Sydney Olympic Park**. This is contract role initially **6 months contract with the view to be extended.** The role is paying **$$73.85 - $85.41 per hour + Super.**

**Hybrid working arrangements available - two days in the office**

**Key accountabilities**
- Prepare, manage and review high level communications and correspondence including relevant board papers, minutes, reports (including an annual evaluation report) and submissions to ensure the comprehensiveness, readability, accuracy and timeliness of the information.
- Prepare quarterly reports about the exercise of the client's functions during each quarter and ensure that each report is published on the NSWRA website or another government website within 14 days after the report is given to the Ministers.
- Act as the CEO and Advisory Board Chair's point of contact, liaise with stakeholders and the Executive as required to coordinate and facilitate communication and ensure responses meet deadlines.
- Research and prepare relevant background information and reports on matters as required, to facilitate informed decision making and planning.
- Provide issues management and support, responding to emerging issues to ensure effective resolution with mínimal risk to the Advisory Board and the organisation.
- Lead and/or contribute to specific projects as directed, to support the achievement of the Board's objectives.
- Other administration duties including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, business calendars and correspondence.
