We are looking for an experienced, dedicated Social Media & Community Manager to **build**, **support**, and **strengthen **our social media engagement and impact. Fuelled by understanding our **brand, customers, and what makes them tick, **the Social Media and Community Manager cultivates and deploys our long-term **social strategy and media plan.**

Guiding social brand stewardship and communicating our **brand identity online**, the Social Media and Community Manager will build and execute all social media activities and engagement, including the successful development and implementation of digital strategies designed to deliver a world-class product range and effective campaigns to drive **engagement, interaction and impact.**

**What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**

Infusing social channels with the Masseuse Massage Chairs Brand, the Social Media and Community Manager owns and executes the following core activities:

- Manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of organic content on social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & TikTok
- Engage with our current and prospective customers on our social media channels
- Generate new and exciting content for our current and future social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
- Write extraordinary and compelling copy to assist with our presence and engagement
- Capture still and video content as required for social channels plus edit to suit all platforms
- Keep your finger on the pulse of all current and upcoming social trends, making changes to strategy when appropriate
- Assist the Brand and Content Manager with ad-hoc content and brand-related social amplifications
- Report on and analyse key campaign metrics and insights to increase performance, engagement, and growth
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with our agency partners and suppliers

**Minimum Requirements**:
This is an in-person opportunity.
- 3+ years experience as a Social Media and Community Manager, having worked for an established brand or within a digital agency
- Strong technical skills, including image and video editing
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Canva and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
