**Job Overview**:
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven **Social Media Marketing Specialist** to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing our presence across various social platforms, creating engaging content, and driving measurable results aligned with our brand goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish content that aligns with the brand’s voice, mission, and goals
- Monitor trends, competitors, and social insights to improve performance and stay relevant
- Manage community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build audience relationships
- Run paid social media campaigns and optimize performance based on KPIs
- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams for campaign development
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to guide future strategies
- Stay updated on the latest social media best practices, tools, and platform algorithms
- Update website datas

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Shopify background
- Strong understanding of major platforms and their algorithms
- Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills
- Experience with Adobe tools
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- High self-confidence in front of the camera

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
