Working directly with the Creative Director you will develop and deliver the social media content and community engagement strategy of the frank green business, while creating innovative and engaging content each day that resonates with our loyal community, across our multiple platforms.

The successful Social Media Specialist will have a proven track record of creating engaging content and managing communities in either a lifestyle, sustainability, or design industry - or perhaps on their own channel. They will have a great balance of creative and analytical skills with the ability to really understand our community and measure/report on performance all while dreaming up beautiful, engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Development, execution and optimisation of the frank green social media and community engagement strategy.
- Content planning for all frank green online media channels, including (but not limited to) Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter and EDMs.
- Customer service support (direct dialogue with consumers across our social channels).
- Copywriting and content production
- Social Campaign management and product launch support from ideation through to generation and execution.
- Analysis and weekly reporting of social and traffic KPI’s and monthly reporting of community development and engagement.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practice

**To be successful you will have**:

- Ideally have 3+ years' experience in social media, content and community management
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to understand our community through data and measure/report on performance and KPIs.
- Have a great understanding of all social platforms and stays up to date on platform changes.
- Have creative ability to dream up and deliver beautiful and engaging content that is aligned with our brand values and resonates with our audience.
- Have an obsession with global brands, trends and a good knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
- Ability to create your own content through photography and/or graphic design skills/experience (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team and collaborating with others
- Thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
