Big Wave Digital is the leader in the Digital recruitment space and partners with a range of businesses to help them find the best talent in the market. That’s where you come in. We are looking for a performance marketing executive with hands-on experience in both paid search and paid social experience, would like to move from agency to in-house client, and be keen to work in a fast-growing environment.

You will be responsible for creating and executing the online marketing campaigns, managing the budget spent across performance channels efficiently, and allocating to campaigns to drive ROI.

About you:
You’ll be a dynamic, confident, and driven Performance Marketing Executive. You’ll be naturally curious about all things Paid Search and Paid Social with good knowledge of
**Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager**.

- Experience in running online campaigns, ideally with agency experience: you have experience managing extensive budgets, hands-on with platforms and tools, and extra points for knowledge of Bing Ads, Pinterest, Taboola, YouTube, Google Display Network, DV360, Google Tag Manager, or Google Analytics.
- A background in agency environment: ideally you have gained some experience working on e-commerce accounts, and extra bonus if they are an omnichannel retailer (online & in-store)
- Experience in setting up and executing the campaign: you have experience in running social campaigns, developing strategies, optimizing for performance, and developing and reporting the insights.
- Have media planning experience: you have experience in maximizing the digital budget according to the required goals.
- Have strong problem-solving skills, and are data-driven and tech-savvy.
