We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our Sydney team to work on a large luxury retailer.
You will be responsible for delivering media plans and strategies across all digital channels as well as analysing performance and making recommendations to push for better results.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Be the primary contact for both client accounts within your patch
- Build and maintain a strong working relationship with the clients and consistently deliver high quality client service
- Campaign planning including managing budgets, platform recommendations and creative recommendations
- Manage and build media plans and provide reporting on performance across all channels.
- Plan and report on search, native, programmatic including display, video, audio and affiliates
- Post campaign analysis & presenting ideas on how to optimise campaigns
- Lead client WIPs and work closely with the wider Resolution Digital teams such as Activation

**Your Expertise**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a media or digital agency
- Proven experience delivering media plans across various digital channels
- Strong expertise in performance marketing is highly desirable
- Experience mentoring and leading junior team members
- Confident communicator and comfortable building long term relationships with clients
