We are an Outdoor Lifestyle Product's retailer seeking a Customer Service Rep / Showroom Assistant for immediate start to join a small team in a fast-paced showroom/warehouse environment in Moorabbin. We are experiencing rapid growth and due to a steady increase in business, we are in need of a dynamic showroom assistant.

We require a dynamic team member to work during the week one of the day on the weekend for this Full-Time Role.

A full training will be provided. Most important is a can-do attitude, flawless customer service, and willingness to learn. We can teach you the rest.

The Role includes but not limited to:

- Assisting our customers in the selection of products;
- Assisting with customer service inquiries;
- Maintaining and demonstrating your knowledge of products;
- Delivering accurate product knowledge and great customer service and people skills when assisting customers.
- Preparing quotations and sales orders.
- Providing assistance over the phone and in person.
- Packing customer orders.
- Unpacking stock.
- Skills & Experience:

- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
- Confidence in dealing with a diverse group of clients.
- Be professionally presented with a neat and tidy presentation.
- Ability to provide technical product knowledge.
- Great communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for sales.
- Great team player who is self-motivated and has a desire to achieve results.
