Treotham Automation is seeking a friendly switched on people person to join their friendly team and provide efficient and exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities will include**:
No Cold Calling
- Working on inbound calls and returned calls only

Building rapport and promoting products

Preparing quotes

Communicating with overseas suppliers

A wide range of sales support activities

**You will have**:
Experience working in a customer service or sales environment

An interest and or background in electrical / mechanical / mechatronics or other technology related field would be highly regarded but not essential

High attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication and rapport building skills

Initiative, common sense, and the ability to problem solve

The ability to work both autonomously and within a small team

Be very confident and well spoken

Electrical or electronics wholesale sales experience an advantage

You will have a real passion for customers and a genuine interest in helping people

Experience with Oracle NetSuite's ERP system desired but not essential

Well presented with a can do attitude

Full Australian working rights

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Moorabbin, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
