**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE E-COMMERCE**:

- Moorabbin, Australia**YOUR MISSION**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering appropriate and timely support (solve tickets within 48h) and, if required, working with other eCom functions
- Help customers making confident buying decisions, by providing knowledgeable answers to questions related to products, pricing & availabilityOrganize and prioritize customer queries to ensure fast and efficient service
-Funnel shopper feedback to the relevant eCom team members (technical glitches, ways to improve overall onsite experience, etc)
-Document meticulously actions taken (refunds, cancellations, etc) in reporting tools provided by the Management

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Basic Knowledge of Windows OS and supporting software.
- One or two years experience in a retail and/or customer service role.
- Proficient in English
- Excellent written and verbal skills

Capacity to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Follow through and complete tasks accurately in a timely manner.
Customer service oriented and ability to work independently
-Attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
