**Job Description Summary**
A great opportunity exists for a n experienced Territory Manager with theatre experience to join our team to provide clinical case support for Hernia and Biosurgery procedures as well work with procurement to continue to grow the territory across South Australia and Northern Territory.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide case support.
- Implement plans to achieve/exceed sales budget.
- Analyse sales and market data and set measurable project objectives.
- Develop and execute territorial sales plan on a quarterly basis.
- Manage product mix to achieve divisional sales and marketing objectives.
- Identify and develop target accounts to exceed individual product budgets.
- Review, evaluate and account to Sales and Product Manager for variances against sales plan and develop/implement agreed remedial plans.
- Exercise effective time and territory management.
- Develop and maintain accurate account and territory records
- Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management.
- Perform all necessary administrative work.
- Develop business plans which identify opportunities within current customer base and help formulate sales strategies in conjunction with Sales and Product Manager.
- Formulate call plans to anticipate and prepare for customer requests and queries.
- Budget and control expenses and adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience in surgical device sales
- Tertiary Qualification preferred.
- Experience in general surgery (Hernia would be advantageous)
- Demonstrates strong business acumen
- Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Interpenetrates sales data demonstrates analytical skills
- Demonstrated competence in computer literacy with knowledge of MS office; experience with CRM programs an advantage.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Demonstrated effective listening skills and interpersonal savvy.
- Problem solving ability and demonstrated examples of providing innovative solutions
- Demonstrated ability in matching and delivering the appropriate level of customer support with the value of the business opportunity.
- Ability to deal with multiple priorities and short time lines from time to time. Must be able to manage customer expectations appropriately.
- Ability to work autonomously.
