We are currently looking for a Device Service Manager for one of our leading financial servicing clients located in Hindmarsh, SA. This role involves managing both SA and NT regions, complimented by a competitive remuneration package and car allowance

**About your new role**:

- Responding to customer requests promptly and maintaining exceptional relationships with all external and internal stakeholders
- Monitor SLA performance in accordance with targets for the assigned region
- Analysing missed targets and implement corrective actions
- Work in a collaborative manner when escalating problems to the wider organisation
- Promote a workplace with effective communications, positive employee relations, and teamwork
- Manage new team hiring, on-boarding, and performance management-related activites
- Conduct team meetings/toolbox sessions regularly as well as individual meetings
- Plan and manage rosters, vacation, and training schedules effectively to meet organisational goals and requirements
- Responsibility for physical assets including tools, test equipment, notebooks, phones, and service parts
- Delivery service when required

**About you**:

- Proven and successful experience in Field Service Delivery Management including guarding, FLR, SLM, and projects
- Experience in service delivery/management for ATMs and IT Technology
- Excellent skills in planning, time management, multi-tasking, people leadership and decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent creative problem-solving abilities, analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct ownership
- Ability to work in dynamic environments that have a certain level of uncertainty and pressure

**Licences / Certifications / Qualifications**:

- C Class Driver's licence
- SA Security Licence
- H6 Firearm Licence
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Must be willing to undergo a mandatory Drug & Alcohol Screen and Police Clearance
- Genuine commitment to safety
