An established Federal Government Department is looking for **MULTIPLE** experienced **Executive ICT Support Officers **to join a multi-disciplined team based in Canberra You will be responsible for supporting the departments ministers, executives and SES across 20+ sites The successful **Executive ICT Support Officers **will be offered an initial 12 month contract with long term extension options

**The successful Executive ICT Support Officers will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Provide video conferencing/AV support for meetings held by ministers and senior executives with internal or external participants
- Install, configure and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations and audio/visual issues.
- Monitor the team mailbox and respond to enquiries and requests

**The successful Executive ICT Support Officers must have experience in the following**
- Good customer focused approach to work and enjoys helping people with technology
- Work independently with little supervision
- Strong analytical and technical problem solving / troubleshooting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
