Cleared are seeking a Project Support Officer to work with a Defence company.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- In conjunction with respective Project Managers, be responsible for all project documentation including project plans etc.
- Assist in enabling the effective utilisation of Gant charts for tracking of projects.
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing controlled project related documents.
- Maintenance of databases, registers and records as required.
- Attend to any customers who come into the office ensuring they receive the highest possible level of customer service.
- Coordinate and manage small projects and activities allocated by the Program Manager
- Constantly seek system and process improvements.
- Liaise professionally with Clients, Vendors and other departments to promote a right first-time approach and quickly resolve outstanding issues.
- Follow all approved Company approved policies and procedures (Health Safety Environment and Quality, HSEQ and Human Resources, etc).
- Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to system and process improvements.
- Adhere to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure the management system is maintained and kept relevant and focused to deliver continuous improvement in all aspects of service delivery.
- Adhere to the security policies and procedure in place.

**Essential Criteria**
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role with relevant industry experience.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word & Adobe and ability within Acrobat standard.
- A fundamental understanding of Project Management methodology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, enthusiastic and conscientious with a flexible approach.
- Mature, professional, and confident approach.
- Must be an Australian citizen and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Defence Baseline Security Clearance with the potential to progress to NV1 Security Clearance.
