Cleared are supporting the Intel Agencies are looking to speak to TSPV Data Transfer and Support Analyst for multiple positions.

This opportunity you will deliver cutting edge capabilities to Defence through a variety of different programmes and projects.

Regular engagement with customers is required to prioritise and deliver requests and provide status updates.

This is a 12-month contract with possibility to extend.
Canberra Based.

**Overview of Responsibilities**
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service Delivery and Service Desk Operations with strong customer service focus.
- A good understanding of ICT systems, services, processes, and associated policies.
- Completed the ITIL Foundation certificate or have a working knowledge of the service management principles and practices.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-paced environment, remain task focused, and prioritise work appropriately.
- Ability to solve moderately complex issues and problems.
- Demonstrate high order collaboration and teamwork.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Government ICT Security Policy.

**Specific Criteria**:
