**ICT Support Officer**

**Contract**:Fixed Term contract

**Location**:Canberra

**Clearance**:Australian Citizen

**Start Date**:ASAP

Our client is looking for an ICT Support Office to join their End User Computing team.

**Duties**:

- Assist as directed in asset management and imaging for the upcoming laptop fleet.
- Coordinate the packaging and shipment of hardware to various locations across Australia.
- Supervise IT storage areas and aid in the secure wiping and disposal of ICT equipment.
- Offer support to additional End User teams as needed.
- Oversee ticket queues, ensuring timely and precise ticket handling and triage.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding and enthusiasm for ICT
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and a positive work ethic
- Desirable experience in loading dock/logistics operations
- Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and Service Now
