The Department of Planning and Environment - Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint a **Property Management Officer** to provide land status advice and information and undertake reserve, tenure, road, and property management activities to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.
Based in the Hunter and Central Coast Area of NSW, the role provides support to staff and managers in property management functions and provides a range of administrative and records management services to support the operation of Crown Lands. The role also has extensive engagement with and provides support to key stakeholders such as land managers, local government, and individual clients.
**About You**
As the Property Management Officer, you will be responsible for providing timely written and verbal advice and recommendations on routine Crown land issues. You will provide consistent and effective frontline client services and assist in maintaining the integrity of land information data.
To be successful, you will have excellent administrative, customer service and organisational skills. You will also possess good time management skills, be able to multi-task in a high-volume work environment and be a strong oral and written communicator. You will need to be comfortable working in an ever-changing environment and assisting with project work as it arises.
**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in natural resource management or other relevant field and/or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- Experience providing customer focused solutions
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
